Quin’s Studio offers a creative space nestled between old-growth trees in the small town of Lantzville, BC. With 1000 sq/ft of good vibes and a down-to-earth feeling, musical creation is effortless.
Quin’s Producing/Engineering Background
Quin’s introduction to producing was as a performing and recording violinist/multi instrumentalist. Self producing his own two records (Embark, Out of the Blue), and being featured on a number of songs by artists such as The Unfaithful Servants, Mitchell Green, Nick Mintenko, and Jared Popma, Quin quickly gained studio experience and wanted to explore the role of the producer.
From 2021-2023 Quin worked for Adrian Dolan at Track & Trestle Studios as an assistant, which led to many opportunities in the studio with bands and musicians such as The Fretless, Daniel Lapp, Trent Freeman, Marrie Klazek, and more. In September of 2022, Quin also worked with Justin LaPointe at Barnhouse Sound Productions in Qualicum, BC. For the past five years Quin has been working from his home studio where he does smaller sessions with artists for demos, overdubs, voiceover, and podcasts.
